The future is not the pure players in e-commerce? eBay seems to
have understood. For the 2015 edition of the New York salon of the NRF, the US
had, in fact, an amazing technology for the store. This is a mirror, with a
single touch, turns into touchscreen. The customer of the store can scroll
different looks (it's designed for clothing stores) and choose an outfit that
will be filed by a vendor in the dressing room.
There, a second touch mirror
expects the client. With RFID chips located on clothes, mirror screen shows
held on a mannequin and allows the customer to claim a new size or a different
color. It also offers the possibility to change the brightness of the cabin.
Most to the store? Know what clothes are tested by customers, even when they
are not purchased. The technology has already been adopted by the sign Rebecca
Minkoff, who operates in two stores (New York and San Francisco).
